Returns and Refund Policy of Reel Designs
If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase you may do so within 14 working days (begins on date order is received:evidence may need to be provided). The piece must be in unworn and in its original condition including packaging.
This applies to both in-store and online purchases.
A deposit will be required when placing an order for a custom piece, this is non refundable. Once the full payment has been made no returns/refund/exchange will be possible.
Please note here, this includes any made to order pieces. Also included are items that have been tailored to suit your needs, this includes, but is not limited to; changing the colour of the elastic on piece, changing the side on which a piece sits, changing he type of comb in the piece.
A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frame stated above, starting from the date the order is received. Any items after this date will not be accepted for refund.
The item must be in its original condition, all tags still in place and no evidence of being worn or used. We do not accept any items that have been soiled, damaged(however which way) or contain any trace of smoke. All goods will be inspected on return and they will be returned to you without refund if you are in breach of any of the conditions above.
The customer is responsible for the items until they arrive back to the Reel Designs Studio in Kerry.
Your account will be credited within 30 days of receipt of the goods provided the above conditions are met.
We reserve the right to refuse return on any item that does not adhere to our refund policy terms.
In the unlikely event of an item arriving to you that is faulty, we will, upon return, replace or repair the item where possible.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging unless you return the purchased item to the store directly.
